ERC Exercise Login

This change is intended to be used for the following reasons:

1. You accidentally selected the wrong Stake when signing up (don't worry; it happens to all of us).
2. You're in a Stake with too few participants, and are participating with another Stake instead.
3. Exercise administrators directed you to change your Stake for some reason.

Please avoid changing your Stake unless you are in one of these categories.
